Comprehensive Underwriting Process: Our underwriting process focuses not only on fundamental real estate valuation, but also evaluates the operations of the tenant and the market.  Our analysis can be considered "top-down" in that we evaluate sector trends and follow those conclusions to submarket and asset level investment analysis. Moreover, our management has completed more than 1000 healthcare related financings at all levels of the capital structure and is well positioned to understand the inherent operating risk associated with healthcare real estate investing.

Innovative Lease Structures: Our corporate structure allows us to customize our leases to maintain the net lease structure, but also gives us the ability to maximize our participation in the economics produced by the properties we own. It also gives us the flexibility to provide appropriate incentives to our operating lessees.

Target Transaction Size:  In addition to participating in large portfolio acquisitions and structured transactions, we are focused on transactions that we believe will fall below the level of interest of many institutional competitors.  Our size and structure allow us to efficiently pursue these transactions and our industry relationships throughout the United States allow us to be proactive in our approach.
